ACCESSING ONCALL
You can access OnCall by clicking on the shortcut in your Start Menu, under Partners Applications.
ONCALL HOMEPAGE
To view a patient’s record, enter their name (last, first) or their MRN into the “find patient” box (see red circle above) and click the Go button or press Enter. You can also look up inpatients by admit date, care unit, med team group, service or team by clicking on the corresponding link to the right of “inpatients”.
To return to this page from any point in OnCall, click on the small blue circle in the upper-left corner (see blue circle above).

2. PATIENT SUMMARY PAGE
This is the patient’s summary page, which is broken into boxes containing different information. In the left column are Events (notes, labs, discharge summaries, etc…). In the middle column are Apprentice (sign-out notes, task lists), Allergies and Meds. In the right column are lab results. To quickly view discharge summaries, click on the DEx link in the upper-left corner.
