Objectives
Define and explain the term weather.
Explain that the sun is the source of energy that drives the water cycle.
Explain that the atmosphere is made up of the air that surrounds Earth.
Describe various types of severe weather.
Describe how to measure specific weather conditions: wind
direction, air temperature, amount of precipitation, and type of
precipitation.
