FIGURE 1 Technique of the operation. (A) A 2-0 prolene thread was temporarily passed into the proximal and distal ends of the vas, to check the intraluminal passage. (B) The luminal suture technique (with 4-0 prolene) during anastomosis. (C) The perivasal tissue was sutured with 6/0 vicryl.
