Fig 2 (A) Cardiopulmonary bypass was established with bilateral axillary arterial returns and left femoral arterial return. (B) Aortic root replacement and arch replacement were initially performed. (C) Thoracoabdominal aortic replacement was subsequently performed. The superior mesenteric artery, bilateral renal arteries were selectively perfused. The left renal artery was interposed by a prosthetic graft. (D) Completion of the simultaneous multiple aortic repair.
