A leather worker used to make different things from leather e.g. shoes, bags, jackets, belts, purses, wallets. He got the leather from a tanner. He was a designer of leather accessories.
He had to measure the leather and cut it in different shapes. He had to know fashion trends of the time. He worked long hours in his room to produce fashionable things. His work is similar to taylor’s work.

4. A LEATHER WORKER
Nowadays people still need this job. Women want to buy original bags and men need belts of good quality. At present it is hard to buy valuable products because there are a lot of things of bad quality (made in China) everywhere. However, if you buy a belt from a leather worker’s place, you will use it for a long time.
