Questions What would it be like to live in coastal villages such as these, and experience Climate Change first-hand? Is there anything we can do to help, as teenagers living in Australia? Discussion Discuss God’s commands given to Adam and Eve in verse 28.
Why would God have given humans care over all creation? Does this mean that we are responsible for looking after all of God’s creation, if we call ourselves Christians? What about those who don’t believe in God?

Prayer Everlasting God, We thank You for this glorious creation,
The earth, with all its richness and beauty, Which You have given to us to care for and protect. Forgive us for those times we have been neglectful Not recognising the true value of Your gift Nor the responsibility we have in ensuring its preservation.

Give us strength and grace to act justly,
Not forgetting those who are suffering the most But standing alongside them in their quest for justice, That the world might find peace and renewal. We pray this through Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.
