6. Enter comments into the Approver Comments field; in this case we will enter “Denied due to conflict with Sue Ellen”. Scroll down and click the “Deny” button.

7. The Denial Confirmation screen appears
The Denial Confirmation screen appears. Click the “Yes” button, then the “OK” button. This will send the request back to the requester who will then have the opportunity to edit the request and resubmit.
