Actions Updates Action 0282/006 – Exclude from AQ process
The treatment of isolated sites during the AQ process depends on when previous meter readings were received (see slides below) Action 0282/011- How are isolated sites treated in the current allocation regime: The isolation flag is set and Gemini updated at D+7 The AQ is included within Commodity and Energy Balancing and the RbD smear up to the Stop Commodity date Thereafter isolated sites are excluded from commodity, EBI and RbD processes Action 0282/12 - Isolated Meter Reading Process Meter reading received following an isolation are rejected 5/26/2019

Review Group 0282 – Prime & Sub Isolation Process
Action 0282/013 Shipper sends through an RGMA flow requesting an Isolation for a Prime or Sub meter S&M rejects back to shippers but a daily report is produced for investigation by xoserve Following the investigation: If it’s a sub meter the isolation is progressed If it’s a single sub to a prime, the primary meter set up as freestanding If the request is for a prime isolation, shipper is informed via that isolation cannot be carried out unless the sub(s) are isolated 5/26/2019

Review Group 0282 – Prime & Sub Isolation Process
Issues with setting Prime Meters with a Vacant status. Meter readings do not load for isolated sites, they are rejected It would be difficult to ascertain if the prime MPRN was using gas in it’s own right Would need to ensure if a request was received to moves from V to I that S&M would still reject the isolation 5/26/2019

Isolations/AQ Calculation
The AQ will calculate during the annual AQ Review when a Meter Point is isolated ONLY if the minimum of six months and one day of consumption/reads are available on Sites and Meters from the End Read date used for the last AQ calculation. The calculation date for the SSP market is April and the LSP Market is May. If a successful AQ Amendment is processed from the Shipper, the end date used in the xoserve proposed AQ will revert to the end date used for the AQ Amendment. 5/26/2019

Isolations/AQ Calculation
EXAMPLE – AQ will potentially calculate when current status is isolated AQ2009 live date 01st October 2009 AQ2009 01st April 2009 Calculation date AQ2010 01st April 2010 Calculation Date 1st December 2009 Isolation Date P 10 MONTHS AQ2009 review calculates a AQ value on 01st April 2009, to be effective on 01st October 2009, the End Meter Read date used in the calculation is 01st February 2009. The Meter Point is isolated with a effective date of 01st December 2009. The time period between the End Read date used in the last AQ calculation (01st February 2009) and the isolation date (01st December 2009) is 10 Months. The minimum requirement for an AQ calculation is two valid Meter Reads six months and one day apart, for example 01st February 2009 and 02nd August 2009. For the AQ2010 review, an AQ will potentially calculate if two Meter Reads are available on Sites and Meters from 01st February 2009 and 01st December 2009 the minimum of six months and one day apart. 01st February 2009 End Read AQ2009 01st August 2009 Meter Read AQ will potentially calculate AQ2010 if the required Meter Reads are present for the period of end date of last AQ calculation and the isolation date. 5/26/2019

Isolations/AQ Calculation
EXAMPLE – AQ fails to calculate due to Isolation AQ2009 live date 01st October 2009 AQ2009 01st April 2009 Calculation date AQ2010 01st April 2010 Calculation Date 1st July 2009 Isolation Date O AQ2009 review calculates a AQ value on 01st April 2009, to be effective on 01st October 2009, the End Meter Read date used in the calculation is 01st February 2009. The Meter Point is isolated with a effective date of 01st July 2009. The time period between the End Read date used in the last AQ calculation (01st February 2009) and the isolation date (01st July 2009) is 5 Months. The minimum requirement for an AQ calculation is two valid Meter Reads six months and one day apart, for example 01st February 2009 and 02nd August 2009. For the AQ2010 review, an AQ will not calculate because the minimum read/time requirement is not available. The Meter Point will be on the Warning Report. 5 MONTHS 01st February 2009 End Read AQ2009 AQ will calculate a new AQ for 2009 as AQ calc run is prior to the isolation and meter reads are available but roll over in 2010 due to no meter readings loading during the period 1/7/09 – 1/4/10 5/26/2019
