Majoritarianism – Government by the majorities decision (elections) and a majority representation
1. Majority rule – Majority of the people will always be right (satisfactory)
2. Still have to mind (Minority Rights) – Always have to give everyone a voice (Devils Advocate)

4. Who speaks for the People? (once elections are over?
A. The people that have the right to speak are the rich.
Money=education=influence-control of government
Elitism – Government by the people that have money
Elites are isolated from America – Bush Grocery store scanners
B. Interest Groups – Collection of people that join together to make their views known to the government
Pluralism – Government of many interest groups
