5 Scaling something to size.
Artists scale drawings all the time. Draw something creative in the small box. Hand it over to your partner who will copy your drawing exactly using the scaled up grid onto the larger box. Measure the height of the original box in cm and the height of the larger box. What scale factor is used? That is, how much did you multiply the original box to get the larger box?
