They shot him,...” pg.315 Est. 1869 Wednesday, September 18, 1935 Price 6d INJUSTICE TO BLACKS Yesterday, September 17 Tom Robinson, an African American member of the town was shot 17 times while trying to escape from prison trying to climb the fence. Most might think that this was a Typical death for a “Negro”, that he didn’t have a plan, no thought for the future, just run blindly at the first chance he saw. It may disappoint those people that the truth is very different from that. “Tom’s death is similar to the senseless Slaughter of songbirds by hunters and children.1” The truth is that Tom Robinson was innocent, the real criminals in this case are the Ewell's. Tom was only an innocent bystander who got framed for trying to help out someone Tom Robinson

years ago in the county of Camp Green Lake, Texas. The folks over there now refer to this event as the story of Holes. A Negro by the name of Sam was an onion seller and he Captured the heart of a white school teacher Katherine Barlow. She Decided to kiss him and the Negro was shot and “...I felt sorry for her,...” 2 Here. She invited Tom onto the property, she asked him to do chores and She let her desires overcome her, she fell into her temptations And she kissed a Negro. She KISSED a black man and broke the code of our culture. And now she points the finger at the man whose company she enjoyed. It seems history is repeating itself in this case because this is very similar to a case that happened 47 Mayella Ewell From the goodness of his heart, because he felt sorry for the very people who are Now accusing him of rape. The fact is that Mayella Ewell is the one at fault

They Should be treated with equality, or at the very least be judged equally and fairly when in court. The white man has for too long been prejudice against the coloured folks and now is the time to take steps to have equality and justice no matter what race you are. As Atticus said, All men should be judged equally in court.3 Sam and killed for kissing a white women. When in reality it was the women who kissed the something that wasn’t his fault. This event is now referred as to the story of Negro. But no matter in both cases the Negro was blamed and killed for
