They are great inventors. They had a good childhood. They made invention.

3. Childhood
They where born in Dayton, Ohio. Wilbur was born in 1867 and Orville was born in Their dad gave them a toy helicopter and that sparked their interest in flying Both of them did not graduate from high school.

4. What did they fly. l
They made a glider plane. It was made out of wood paper and cloth.

5. Accomplishments
They flew the first engine powered plane at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina on Dec. 17, The Wright brothers flew for 12 sec. on their 1st flight and 59 sec. on their 4th flight. They became famous world-wide by flying in France. They established the Wright company bicycle-shop.

6. idea for the airplane
They worked at a bicycle repair shop and factory. They were inspired by a German engineer Otto Lilienthal.

7. Conclusion
They are both great inventors. They were the first people to make powered engine airplanes. Without them, we would not have planes.
