Adverb Modifies a verb, adjective, or another adverb.
Hint: They often end in –ly. We instantly recognized Beethoven’s Fifth Symphony. To find an adverb, eliminate the other words in the sentence that you know.

Questions Adverbs Answer
Where? When? How? To what extent? Where: The group stopped here on their trip. When: Will they return soon? How: Everyone played magnificently. Extent: The auditorium was completely full.
