Check eligibility To be eligible for the CCM Exam, you must have
Current, active, and unrestricted licensure or certification in a health or human services discipline that within its scope of practice allows the professional to conduct an assessment independently. Licenses or certifications on probationary status will not be considered eligible until documentation has been provided that all terms of the probation have been met. License must be active through the last date of test administration. OR Baccalaureate or graduate degree in a health or human services field that promotes the physical, psychosocial, and/ or vocational well-being of the persons being served. The degree must be from an institution that is fully accredited by a nationally recognized educational accreditation organization, and the individual must have completed a supervised field experience in case management, health, or behavioral health.

Case managers who have earned the Certified Case Manager (CCM®) credential have the expertise, knowledge, and professional experience to provide the right services to patients across the continuum of care, including those with serious or complex medical conditions, and/or catastrophic injuries and illnesses. Apply starting March 1, to take the exam ! Join us in July for the CCM review course Pass guarantee for those who take the test within 35 days of taking the seminar Specialized Program with a PASS GUARENTEE after attending both days of the seminar or Med-Ed will refund your tuition.
