Perivalvar Intra-Atrial Re-Entrant Tachycardia Perivalvar re-entrant tachycardia in a patient with congenitally corrected transposition of great arteries with ventricular septal defect and pulmonic stenosis, who underwent more than 1 cardiac surgery. The right atrial activation sequence map of the perivalvar tachycardia is shown on the left panel, and the voltage map of the right atrium is shown on the right panel.
