Late / Incomplete Work Absentee Policy All work needs to be turned in on time to receive full credit. Late work will be taken, but at a penalty to the student. Assignments turned in late will be graded and then half credit will be given. All late work must be turned in by the end of a grading period to receive any credit. If a student misses a class, he or she needs to come see the teacher immediately upon return. With the modified block schedule it can be harder on the student to wait until he or she goes to Science class again. Recommended times to get make up work from the teacher would be during specials (with a signed note) or right after school. Technology We use You are strongly urged to download & be familiar with the following apps. Socrative Study Island QR Reader Remind Cheating The teacher will notify the administration and contact parents if cheating is suspected. The student will be given a zero for that particular test or assignment. A great way for both parents and students to stay in the loop with class reminders and deadlines is to use Remind.
