Key Idea 2.a: People see, experience and understand place in different ways and this can change over time. Learning Objective: To determine why people see, experience and understand place differently from each other.

What Factors might be responsible for the similarities and differences in perceptions?
Age Gender Sexuality Religion Role Task: Read pages 148 – 150 and answer the questions about how the above factors influence how people perceive/see the world. This must be completed for Homework and handed in next lesson. In groups of 3 or 4, discuss how you think your allocated factor might influence perception. Make some notes. You have 5 minutes. Be prepared to feedback to the class.
