Publicity Social media has proved a valuable asset in publicising Better Barrow, We have a well followed Facebook page and our website is also gradually gaining interest. We have good relationships with Estuary TV and Radio Humberside who have been to Barrow several times to record items of interest . Scunthorpe Telegraph usually publish anything we send. We have had extra assistance with publicity for the John Harrison statue which has resulted in a couple of articles in national and regional papers. Look North have yet to cover any of our events. We also use posters and word of mouth to publicise events.
