I graduated from the Math Faculty in 1989
Since September 2014 I have been a teacher at the National I.T. College ,,Matei Basarab” Rm. Valcea, the County of Valcea, Romania.

3. As a School Inspector for Minorities and also as a member in the Consultative Committee in the same field and member of the County Committee for Equality of chances, I have been involved in activities and school programs at a county, national and international level , in order to implement social programs developed by the Public System of Social Assistance. The aim was to increase participation of Roma children in school and the decrease of their dropping out of school.

4. I was also a member of the County Office for Roma, contributing to the elaboration of the County Action Plan for the inclusion of Roma.
I was involved in the implementation of different social programs, capitalizing on the competences I had acquired from different training programs.
Since 2016 I have been a Coordinator for school projects and extracurricular projects and also for the national program entitled “Scoala Altfel” (i.e. a week of school with different activities than the usual ones) and other national and international school projects:

In 2014 I became a leader of the IMPACT Club in our school, where we use the experiential education program for active citizenship and community involvement of children and youth, financed with SEE grants, ONG-Romania, coordinate by New Horizons Foundation

I have elaborated specialized materials for school progress within the pilot-project Digitaliada, in partnership with the Ministry of National Education, in , for 10 secondary schools in rural areas. It is a program which enhances the use of interactive methods in class. The lesson plans for Maths lessons were used as a support for the teachers in the pilot-schools and published on:

8. I collaborated with the IZIBAC team to the development of the interactive platform for educational materials with multiple-choice tests for high school classes
I prepared and coordinated the students for school competitions, obtaining numerous prizes at the county, regional and national competitions and also at international symposiums.
I coordinated and prepared the student to participate in the national Math Olympiad and Math competitions.

With a psychological structure of a dedicated teacher, I have always been close to my students. Through the good results that we obtained in the Olympiads and school contests, in the national exams and at the numerous national and international projects, I have contributed to the development of the high school I work in, to the enhancement of quality in education and the institutional development of the National I.T. College “Matei Basarab”, from Rm. Valcea
