Woe unto us if we confirm the accusations of the adversary! Philippians 2:15 “blameless & harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked & perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world” Live so as to Disprove the Negative Stereotypes Promoted by the Devil

Are we Ineffective, Unable to Cope, & Psychologically Weak? Philippians 3:4-8 Paul anything but weak and ineffective before conversion Do we Strive to be balanced, well-adjusted people for the sake of the gospel?

Are we Naïve & Gullible? Do we Live on “Blind Faith?” Genuine Faith is Not Blind – it is built on solid, credible evidence Luke 1:1-4 “the certainty of those things in which you were instructed.” John 20:30,31 “these things are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God”

Are we Naïve & Gullible? Do we Live on “Blind Faith?” Do we know the difference between blind faith & true faith? 1 Peter 3:15 “Sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks a reason …”

Are we Hypocritical? Do we “Major in Minors?” Matthew 23:23-26 “neglected the weightier matters of the law…” Matthew 7:5 “see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.” Do we have a well-proportioned sense of what is most significant in life?

Are we Bigoted & Self-righteous? Do we have Disdain for Others? Which of the Two Men in Luke 18:9-14 are we Really Like? Have we Truly Learned to Hate Sin Without Disdaining the Sinner? 2 Thessalonians 3:15; 2 Timothy 2:24-26 Do we show genuine Love & Concern to the Lost?

Are we Opposed to Joy in Life? Ecclesiastes 2:24 “his soul should enjoy good in his labor” Satan has Never Produced Any True Joy, only Perverted the Joys God made Philippians 4:4 “Rejoice in the Lord Always…” 1 Peter 1:3-6 “in this you greatly rejoice” Are we a people who obviously enjoy the good things in “our Father’s world?”

The Devil is The “Accuser” of God’s Faithful People
Revelation 12:9,10 “the Devil and Satan… the accuser of our brethren… has been cast down.” Satan = Slanderer, Adversary Are the Accusations of the Adversary Partially True? Do we Confirm Negative Stereotypes of “Religion,” to the Detriment of the Gospel? 1 Timothy 5:14; 3:7 Matthew 5:16; 1 Peter 2:11,12
