Great plenary game or for re- engaging students.
Good AFL strategy – instantly check whether certain students have understood your lesson.
Little planning/ resources needed.
Easy differentiation through targeted questioning.
All pupils standing behind desks. Ask question to first pupil- if correct they get to TAKE one friend to the door ready to leave first. If incorrect, they are out of the game.
Ask next question to another pupil- if correct they get to TAKE one friend and SEND one already at the door back to join the class again. They can save themselves with a challenge question.
Be careful with which groups you do this with- could turn into a popularity contest
REPEAT.
