4 Purpose of the lesson that you will be teaching
Interact with students Teach them something that they might not normally be exposed to Learn about them as well **Keep in mind that you will be teaching at two very different schools.**

Include questions that you can ask the students This should last for about 30 minutes Make it interactive You will not know their prior experience How are you going to involve all students?

9 Vocabulary 5-10 words depending on the age that you think are the most important of the lesson How are you going to ensure that the students understand these words? Pictures Actions One technique: Step I The teacher says the commands as he himself performs the action. Step 2 The teacher says the command as both the teacher and the students then perform the action. Step 3 The teacher says the command but only students perform the action Step 4 The teacher tells one student at a time to do commands Step 5 The roles of teacher and student are reversed. Students give commands to teacher and to other students.
