Nerge (Elementary School) *School nurse: -Schooling: needs nurse certification 4 year bachelor degree -Salary: $43,856 per year -Services Provided: Gives ice packs and band aids, takes temperature. Determines if a student is sick. -Cost: free service provided -Patient Description: students with minor illness and injury -Hours: Works a normal school day around 8-3

Conant (High School) *Nurse: -Schooling: nurse certification(RN) 4 year bachelor degree -Salary: $44,492 annual salary -Services Provided: Gives students band aids, ice packs, also gives students a place to rest and can give aspirin to those who need it. -Cost: the service is free Patient Description: ill and injured students during the day -Hours: week days (8-3) *Athletic Trainers: -Schooling: high school diploma or GED bachelor degree -Salary: $42,440 annual salary - Services Provided: Evaluates sports injuries. Stimulation, ultrasound, physical therapy, cold and hot baths. -Cost: no charge for this service -Patient description: injured students and athletes during after school hours and sports events -Hours: Monday- Friday 3-7 Saturday 8-4

Rose-Hulman (College) *Nurse: -Schooling: 4 year bachelor degree -Salary: $58,000 annually -Services provided: ice packs, medicine, takes temperature -Cost: Service is free -Patient Description: students with minor illnesses and injuries -Hours: during school hours (8:30-1:30) *Trainer: -Schooling: high school diploma or GED. 4 year bachelor degree -Services provided: Evaluates sports injuries. Stimulation, ultrasound, physical therapy, cold and hot baths -Salary: $53,923 -Cost: Service is free -Patient Description: students that have injuries from physical activities and sports -Hours: after school hours and during athletic events * Doctor: -Schooling: doctorate degree -Salary: $62,000 annually -Services Provided: Evaluates and diagnose students with sicknesses. Proscribes medication. -Cost: Health services for current students are covered by tuition and fees. There are no charges for current students. -Patient Description: students with more severe illness (i.e. Strep throat) -Hours: all around care provided
