2. Drafting group on CEA
A final document on CEA will be presented to the WD directors by June 2006
This document will contain 3 parts:
A policy summary
A state play of CEA in MS, PRB and for stakeholders
A first analysis of key issues and existing methodologies

3. The organisation of the work
In 21 December 2005 due to the few data and examples coming from MS, PRB and stakeholders, a meeting on CEA has been held with presentations on the state of play
By January 25 th about 13 MS, 2 stakeholders and 5 PRB have sent their state of play on CEA
The lessons on CEA
Everybody interested and working on it
No “integrated methodology” existing at this time
Partial testings and handbooks existing in some countries, a lot of ongoing activities in the month and years to come

4. We propose To work till end of April on the three chapters
To present the 2 first draft chapters for intermediate validation and the state of play of chapter 3 on April 5 at WGB meeting
To ask for remarks and validation by WGB on chapter 3 “ existing methodologies and key issues” and changes on other chapters after WGB meeting
The chapter 3 will be produced before end of April with the help of a consultant thanks to UK
