Brain writing The procedure
Write the problem on a large sheet of paper. Use large letters. Pass on the piece of paper. People should not talk to each other. Everyone writes down their ideas. Set a time limit, e.g. 1 minute. Repeat step 2. Select the most promising ideas to work on.
