Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Top tips for a healthier breakfast Choose wholegrain breakfast cereals with no added sugar. Swap out white bread for wholemeal bread or other higher fibre options. Include at least one portion of your 5 A DAY (e.g. berries, grilled tomatoes or mushrooms). Choose lower fat and no added sugar dairy products or calcium-fortified dairy alternatives. You could include some protein (e.g. eggs or beans).
