Venezuela was joined with Colombia and 4 other states under Bolivar. FARC and ELN in Colombia: 1964 to present Instability in the region of Colombia Displaced over 7,000,000 Colombian people Colombian migrations to Venezuela to escape the horrors FARC agreement in 2016 Former President Santos said in that the refugees are Colombians returning home, Venezuelan and Colombian-Venezuelan families.

3 Venezuelan Refugees Over 48,000 refugees in 2015 migrated to Colombia.
1 million people migrated to Colombia by the end of 2018 Now estimated over 1.2 million More migrants have gone into Colombia than any other country Colombia has welcomed the refugees.

2 year temporary residence granted by former President Santos 440,000 visas: study, work, and medical Tent Cities Access to Public Health System for all $300 million dollars for peace keeping money has been talked about to be used for refugee help by President Duque Early on, many Colombian people helping but now, with growing Venezuelans suspected of crimes then the help has not been as forthcoming. 0.5% of Colombian GDP is going to the refugees
