Threats of Ecosystems Over our human history we have developed different world views about the earth. World View-a conception of life. There are generally two world views: A Eurocentric world view stemming out of imperialism and industrialization that the resources of the world are for our exploitation A more Indigenous world view that recognizes that humans are part of a larger web of life, having the same rights as other beings-no more, no less.
