If the MappingType of two domains are different, the multi- domain service fail.
If CSEP has only one LP instance, CSEP1 and CSEP4 can only be configured with ETH spec, which means can not reach the MappingType in ODU Layer.

6. Solution
Make corresponding packages of Spec model (ETH, ODU, OTSi) specify the CSEP.
Make CSEP with multiple Layer Protocol instances.
Proposed to add this use case to FRD v2.0.
