Aramco e-Marketplace/SAP Ariba
What is the Aramco e-Marketplace? The Aramco e-Marketplace is an SAP Ariba based tool for Supplier collaboration with Aramco. Suppliers may register, submit supplier questionnaires, update supplier profile (address, contacts, etc.), qualify materials to be supplied to Aramco and receive RFQs and submit proposals. What is SAP Ariba Network? SAP Ariba is a leading business to business e-commerce network and it is the gateway to access the Aramco e-Marketplace. Please refer to the SAP Ariba network website for more information.

Who should Activate/Register on the Aramco e-Marketplace
All companies interested in supplying materials/Services to Aramco are required to be registered on the Aramco e-Marketplace All existing approved suppliers will be migrated to the platform and will receive notification to activate their account Activation of account will allow suppliers to receive business inquires such as RFI/RFQ via the Aramco e- Marketplace in future Please see following sections illustrate the process and instructions on activation of the company account on the Aramco e-Marketplace

Approved Suppliers Account Activation Process in the Aramco e-Marketplace
Existing Approved Supplier Received Notification/Invitation form SAP Ariba Signup on SAP Ariba Network SAP Ariba Network Account created Routed to Aramco e-Marketplace Review the Basic Info and Click on submit Entire Response Supplier Account is Registered/Activated

Step 1: You will receive email notification from SAP Ariba/Aramco e-Marketplace
We have migrated previously approved Aramco suppliers to SAP Ariba/ Aramco e-Marketplace You will receive the below invitation from SAP Ariba Network/Aramco e-Marketplace to activate your account The activation of your account will allow you to receive RFQ/RFI for future business

Step 2: Click on the link in the email to navigate to the following screen
If you already have a SAP Ariba network account, use the existing user ID and password to log in. If not, click ‘Sign up’ to start the registration process.

Step 3: Creating an Account on Ariba Network
Check the Privacy statement before you sign up Complete the form as shown below and click “Create account and continue”

Step 4: Ariba Network Account Creation
You will receive confirming the SAP Ariba registration as shown below. This indicates your organization’s SAP Ariba account ID and username.

Step 5: Validate company details on Aramco e-Marketplace
Review and validate your company name, vendor ID and plant ID (If applicable) as below Select “Submit Entire Response” to activate your company account You will receive an notification that the account is Registered

Access to Aramco e-Marketplace
The initial invitation link expires after the first login. You can use the following link to access the SAP Ariba network/Aramco e-Marketplace for subsequent logins:

Click on Continue

Click on “Go to Ariba Apps” and Proposals
