Abrir La Sierra and Tourmaline Bank Bajo de Sico Closed Season December 1 through last day of February October 1 through March 31 Prohibited Species All Species, including HMS Council-Managed Reef Fish Anchoring Allowed Prohibited Year Round Southeast Regional Office * Fishing with pots, traps, bottom longlines, gillnets, or trammel nets is prohibited year-round in all three areas
