Application service provider No need to rewrite any code Support for many platforms Multiple clients connect to one server All software execute on central server Possibility to use thin clients What is an ASP service? Possibility to use thin clients Thin Client A computer without hard drive or other moving parts. All instructions come directly from a central server, no information are stored in the thin client. The thin client gives lower total cost of ownership.
