I constantly use programs that help the agency run efficiently. (i.e. ProviderConnect).

Provide leadership in promoting sustainable changes in service delivery and practice to improve the quality of social services.
I attend staff meetings and drug luncheons when they are provided to learn about what is changing within the agency. I have also produced a resource guide that can be handed out to the individuals with outside resources that can be used in different situations.
