Tampons vs. cigarettes Regulation of the Public Airwaves 7. Broadcast stations must follow Fed. Communication Commission (FCC) rules. 8. WHY? Gambling commercials allowed now if legal in state- courts increasingly protecting comm. speech 9. Cable / satellite has blurred the lines. WHY?
