This guide will cover how to access and complete a course/s as a participant.

4. Accessing a COurse
To begin accessing a course, click on “Education” in the header from your dashboard.

5. Accessing a course
You will then be brought to the “Education Manager” from which you can access any published course. The search bar is available to search for a course by name. To view a course, click on the large tile with the course name and estimated time of completion.

After accessing a course you will see the course details page. This provides basic information regarding the course.

8. Completing a course
Farther down the course details page are the course modules. This is where you begin completion of a course. To start, click “Start Course”.

9. Completing a course
You will then be able to launch the individual packages within the course. To do this, click “Launch course”. This will launch the package. If it states “Download file” or “Visit Site” continue with the process, with the result being a file download or being directed to a webpage.

10. Completing a course
Once you have completed the module, you will have to navigate back to the course page. If the module is a link or file you will be asked to attest. If it is a package there will be a button titled “Get My Score”. Click this button to make sure you have completed the package as expected.

11. Completing a course
You can check your completion history at any time by selecting the “Your History” tab. This will show you all of your attempts at the modules in a course. When everything has a complete label next to it, you are done with that course.
