1 Paper Towns By: JOhn Green JAylee Welcher

2 The Plot Quentin Jacobson is a senior in high school that is just trying to enjoy the last few weeks of school. He soon learns that will be difficult when the prettiest and most popular girl in school (Margo Roth Spiegelman) starts to take interest in him.

3 The Plot One night, Margo managed to sneak Quentin out of the house for a crazy mid-night adventure he’d never forget. She drug him around their neighborhood, getting revenge on all of her so called “friends” All knew about her cheating boyfriend, but kept it a secret

4 The Plot Finally, after shaving off eyebrows, throwing fish into cars and bedrooms, and sneaking into Sea World, their night was over. Q thought that he and Margo would continue to be friends, or maybe even more, after their mid-night adventure, but he was wrong.

5 The Plot Margo was not at school the next day.
She had a history of running away, but she always came back After a few days, Q began to worry, so he started looking for clues that would lead him to her. She left a few, but none that gave him any actual idea of where she was.

6 The Plot After spending the last few weeks of his senior year searching for her, Q begins to think that he has lost Margo forever. Just as he starts to give up, he finds another clue that he is sure will lead him straight to her, he just has to get there on time before she travels to a new location.

7 ???? WHat will happen next? Will Q find his dream girl fast enough?
Will she want to be with him when he finds her? ????

8 Ratings and reviews My Reviews:
I was not a fan of this John Green book. I felt as if the second half was too repetitive. He was just looking for Margo over and over in the same places and had no success. I felt as though the ending fell short, it left a lot of loose ends. The book was also supposed to be written from a teenage boy’s perspective, but his word choice made it seem like Green had never spoken to a teenager in his life.

9 Ratings and reviews Other’s Reviews:
“I thought the ending was a bit of a let down anyone else feel the same?” -Mark Lundgren (member of Goodreads) “At first, you will laugh, but then I did get really bored. I'm trying to decide whether to finish it or not. To be honest, I didn't really care about the characters, unlike any other John Green books I've read.”-Eesha (member of Goodreads) “It is absolutely terrible. I found it sooooo boring. The emotion I felt was impatience because it was so drug out. 1 star”-Sophie (member of Goodreads)

10 Ratings and reviews From most of the reviews that I’ve read, I’ve gathered that not many people felt differently than I did. I don’t think I’d recommend this book, but it was written for young adults. I’d give this book 2 out of 5 stars
