Schools submit the High Poverty Form.
Executive & Assistant Directors review the proposal - about once a week.
Look up the research.
Ask clarifying questions of principals or the person that submitted the request. Contact NCESD for help when needed.
Contact staff members with clarifying questions. If needed, have participants resubmit proposal. If approved, contact with a phone call & to staff members.
Give budget codes for spending $$.
