2 Fig 1 (A) Three or four layers of Jelonet cover the heart and grafts. (B) A tube is inserted into the center of the sternal foam layer and sutured in place. (C) The superficial foam layer is sutured to the surrounding subcutaneous tissue and a skin protector is applied.
