2 The individual leaves are like individual team members that must be brought together into one head and enabled to remain so The team becomes like a well compacted cabbage: Joint Vision Joint Objectives Joint Targets There is need to bring them to a higher level of green and compaction, perhaps into a consortium that regularly thinks of ACE direction and sustainability Joint Activities Joint Results Joint Future There is also need to bring in leaves from other cabbages (administration, advisory committees (local, national and international ),faculties, departments, partner institutions, development partners).
