2. Forming Teams 1) You will receive a piece of paper with a color on it.
2) Show me your paper.
3) Stand up and find the people who have the same color.  
3) This is your team for the Coordinator Retreat. 
4) Gather your belongings and sit with your team at a table. 

3. Creating Team Names (Teamwork-3 min.)
1)You have three minutes to:  
        a) learn your teammate´s names
b) create a team name
        c) choose a Captain and Vice-Captain
        d) write your team name on your tent card
2) Captains, raise your hands.  Please share your team name with the group.  
3) Vice-Captains, wave to Martha.

4. Building Rapport with Your Team-Instructions Part I
1) Captains, you will be #1.  
2) Teammates, decide who will be #2, #3 and #4.

3) Raise your hand if you are #_____.
4) Each team will receive 4 question cards.
     Example:
        Would you rather live in the city or the country?  Why?
