Public transport Passenger needs
So What? Whilst simplicity is key, there are cost implications that vary from passenger to passenger which are taken into account. Bear this cost analysis in mind when developing services for customers. cost ease time Passengers look for the sweet spot that meets their needs best Ease is the driving force behind passengers’ ideal way of travelling to and from an airport, which is partly defined by time constraints. However, cost plays into this decision – for example, driving a family of 4 is always going to be cheaper and be perceived to be more efficient than public transport into London and back on the Heathrow Express.
