Initial view consultation mid February to mid March
Potential Modifications to be raised
Delay to ad-hoc window post 1st Annual Application window
Ad-hoc request could only apply from 01 October 2012 therefore no different to applying in July 2009 window.
Allows more time for ExCR to be developed / consulted upon
Credit review group results will need consideration
