Engage child welfare leaders, including senior & middle managers and others, in implementing & supporting the CPM
Embrace CPM as a unifying framework influencing how the members of child welfare organizations behave across initiatives
Understand “what it takes” for effective CPM implementation
Practice how to apply CPM leadership and practice behaviors to specific child welfare initiatives and activate the necessary system supports for effective implementation
