(Paleo and Weight Loss Omits Brown Rice) DILL SALMON Fresh caught salmon finished w/ a dill sauce, complimented w/ roasted garlic red potatoes along w/ asparagus & bell peppers. (Paleo and Weight Loss Omit Red Potatoes) BALSAMIC PORK LOIN Fresh pork loin chops w/ a balsamic glaze paired w/ sweet potatoes finished w/ a mix of green beans & mushrooms. (Paleo and Weight Loss Omit Sweet Potatoes) ORANGE CHICKEN Oven roasted chicken breast mixed in an orange Asian sauce paired w/ quinoa along w/ broccoli & squash. (Paleo and Weight Loss Omit Quinoa) BBQ CHICKEN Diced chicken tossed in a BBQ sauce on a bed of white rice w/ a collard green and tomato medley. (Paleo and Weight Loss Omit White Rice) BREAKFAST (B) PROTEIN FRENCH TOAST Whole wheat bread mixed w/ protein, almond milk, eggs, w/ a side of turkey bacon and sugar free syrup. BACON, EGG, & CHEESE BAGEL Protein bagel, eggs, turkey bacon, and cheese. SNACKS (S) MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN WRAP Diced chicken tossed w/ cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, & feta cheese. TURKEY SAUSAGE, SPINACH, & WHITE BEAN SOUP Local turkey sausage simmered w/ onion, white beans, and spinach.
