Mobile technology lines is a modification of stationary technology lines. They meet all the specifications and demands of stationary technology lines – design properties machinery and software equipment. They are compliant with all the specifications and demands of stationary technology lines such as design, equipment, machinery and also comply with legislation of EU regarding the safety of work.
The mobile technology lines consist of special containers. The mobile containers allow to make up the complete disposal /disassembly or production technology lines fully substituting the stationary technology lines functions. They are able to use at different places / areas.

2. HYDRA 100
The purpose of the HYDRA 100 device is delaboration or revision of both fixed and separed-loading artillery ammunition.
It allows disassembly of iniciators and a safe separation of the projectile from the cased propelling charge of fixed ammunition with a maximum pulling power of 50kN. The process parameters are defined based upon the respective caliber and the type of the shell. The unit can be adjusted to a different caliber by changing of clamping jaws for fixation of both cased propelling charge and the shell and by changing the tpye specific tools for disassembly of fuzes. In order to change caliber for separate-loading ammunition, the head of the puller is replaced with a clamp with jaws specific to the dimatere of the shell.

SMELTING OF EXPLOSIVE BASED ON TNT
Workplace is designed for smelting of explosives based on TNT from the shells of caliber mm, mines and various types of bombs by heating. The resulting product from smelting process is TNT with a fraction of 20 x 20 x 20mm.

WASHOUT OF EXPLOSIVE BASED ON RDX
Workplace is designed for washout the explosive based on RDX from ammunition of caliber mm, which consists of the following parts:
washout cabin
filtering and collecting part
high-pressure equipment
High and low pressure pump
control system
Explosive is washout from the shell by water pressure, which is guided through the nozzle into the cavity of the shell. Washed out explosive is trapped with a filter system that separates water from the explosive. The device uses a closed water system.The device operates in automatic mode. Filtration system is computer controlled. Washed out explosive mixture is packaged and transferred to cooperative companies for further processing. Washout device can be made as stable as well in mobile design.
