3. Corrections to the Frontend of Art 17 Reporting tool
Export function. MS need to replace frontend to be able to export checklist in a correct format
QA/QC: not to flag missing entries in case of absent data (method used = 0)
Lookup table of threats, concerning “Unknown-U”. MS to re-enter “U” if feasible, otherwise post-submission QA/QC shows an error & can be solved at that stage too.
Potentially corrections to Art 12 tool as well
 Corrected Frontend & guidance will be made available at Reference Portals

5. 6. Rules for accepting MS deliveries
A note is provided to the Expert Group
Rules aim to avoid problems in later stage of delivery (esp for MS developing their own tool)
Rules include only those data issues which prevent the data from being used

not all requested xml and GIS files are provided
xml files do not follow requested schema as presented on the Reference Portal
no projection file provided
spatial dataset has to be in the projection ETRS 5210 LAEA
basic data standard requirements not followed
 Delivery note from EC to MS will include explanation on these rules and practicalities
