Glue straw to measured wood

Slide axel into straw – trim straw carefully – Not too loose, not too tight to wheel

Cut out section of straw
Mount wheels on axel - you may need to experiment with the straw length (long hub on inside)

Mount the string tie by squeezing with pliers for a firm grip
