Did you know that ingredients are listed in order of weight?
Whatever ingredient is listed first is present in the greatest amount in the food product. What does it mean if sugar is listed first?

Write down the letter of the food you’d rather have. There are 12 options. Product A Product B Ingredients: Ground Wheat, Corn Gluten Meal, Wheat Flour, Ground Yellow Corn, Water, Sugar, Glycerin, Meat, Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate, Soybean Meal, Bacon Fat Preserved With BHA, Salt, Sorbic Acid, Artificial Smoke Flavor, Calcium Propionate, Glyceryl Monostearate, Phosphoric Acid, Choline Chloride, Added Color (Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1, Yellow 6). Sugar, corn syrup, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, condensed skim milk, whey, malic acid, artificial flavor, soya lecithin, artificial colors (including FD&C Red 40, Blue 1).
