Reading: I can compare and contrast
Math: I can identify shapes by their sides, faces, and vertices.  
Science or Social Studies: I can describe what a plant needs to grow. . 
Writing: I can write about my opinion on a topic using examples. 
HOMEWORK- Homework is sent weekly. It is not graded but good practice for students to gain fluency in both math and reading. It is due every Friday. Students that complete their homework will get to go to a homework celebration at the end of the month
I will be checking reading logs now through the end of February for the Six Flags Six Hours of Reading program. Any student who has logged six hours of reading will receive a free admissions ticket to Six Flags.
Please remember to help you child bring a coat, hat, and gloves. We will have recess each day.
For Valentines Day, We will be delivering valentines, Your child may bring in Valenintes, but must have 18 (1 for every student), and playing Valentine Bingo. After Bingo, they will be eating a snack.
