Decisions, Decisions, Decisions.
Investing Research. (Be knowledgeable about your soon to be purchase!) Is it necessary? Save. (If you know something well ahead of time, save up for it.) Goals. (Set up a series of goals that bring you closer to obtaining a good investment. If it’s a stock or something like that, set your goals for comparing how it has ran over time.) Saving Take a percentage of income. (Instead of taking a giant chunk, take a smaller portion for a longer duration.) Add in little bits and pieces. (If you can put in a small bit more of the total you’re setting to save, do it when you can! It will reduce possible interest the larger your down payment.) Don’t put yourself in debt!!!! (Most important step, know what your personal limits are as far as your income is.)
